Historic Truss Bridge in Ghana

The photographs on this page were taken by Professor Knapton in August 1996 of a bridge on the Kumasi, Cape Coast road in Ghana. They illustrate a three span steel truss bridge carrying the road over a river. The bridge was fabricated in the UK and has an interesting notice explaining the maximum allowable load.
